SOUS CHEF – Catseye Pool Club / The Sundays Hotel 

Hamilton Island is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team at Catseye Pool Club, a premium seafood-focused restaurant located within our new boutique hotel, The Sundays. Developed in partnership with celebrated chefs Josh and Julie Niland, of Sydney’s three-hatted restaurant Saint Peter, this is a rare opportunity to work with some of the industry’s best in a high-end, sustainably focused kitchen — all while living and working in tropical paradise.
