The Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in kitchen operations, ensuring consistent culinary execution, food quality, and team development. This position supports the Chef in day-to-day management, culinary standards, and coordination of back-of-house operations while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Lead, train, and mentor culinary team members to maintain consistency and uphold company culinary guidelines.
  • Assist with menu execution, recipe adherence, and quality control across all stations.
  • Manage inventory, product rotation, and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize waste.
