Join the culinary team as a Sous Chef at the Horizon North facility with Dexterra Group. This leadership role features a 20 days on and 10 days off rotational schedule, focusing on kitchen operations.

As Sous Chef, your extensive experience in hospitality (minimum ten years) will guide kitchen staff and menu creation. You will ensure high food quality, oversee food safety compliance, and manage inventory efficiently. This position demands expertise in culinary arts, including food preparation and employee training.

Key Responsibilities:
