The focus is on execution and transaction volume, ensuring materials are sourced correctly, costs are tracked, suppliers are managed, and items arrive on time. This position works closely with engineering, operations, and finance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Help identify and evaluate suppliers
Run pricing and bid comparisons
Support cost savings initiatives
Manage supplier relationships
Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and finance
Handle purchasing basics:
- High volume purchase orders
- Requesting quotes
- Correcting pricing
- Invoicing support
