Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Confer with vendors to obtain product and service information, including pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

  • Estimate values based on market price knowledge to ensure competitive sourcing.

  • Consolidate and challenge internal stakeholders' demands to maximize volume and secure the best proposals from suppliers.

  • Negotiate with suppliers for updated market solutions to optimize costs and drive company benefits.

  • Manage the full sourcing-to-contracting cycle to achieve targeted savings.

  • Prepare and manage RFX processes for bidding requests.

  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Review bidding proposals and negotiate contracts within budgetary and authority limits.
