Job Summary The Sourcing & Procurement Manager is responsible for executing the company’s sourcing and procurement strategy, ensuring cost optimization, supplier performance, and contract compliance. This role combines strategic sourcing with hands‑on procurement execution, acting as a key partner for internal stakeholders to ensure efficient purchasing processes and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing Strategy & Execution : Support the definition and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business needs. Lead sourcing initiatives across assigned categories and spend areas. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and value optimization initiatives. Conduct market analysis to support supplier selection and sourcing decisions.
