Job Description:

1. Channel Partner Development & Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with CPs to generate consistent lead flow.

• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and project presentations for channel partners.

• Develop incentive plans and engagement activities to improve partner productivity.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Generate qualified leads through Channel Partners, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and networking activities.

• Create and execute sourcing strategies to maximize project visibility and market penetration.
