Responsibilities

• Oversee/Manage an annual spend of > $100MM at our businesses in Europe and parts of Asia to achieve annual cash flow and departmental/business annual goals
• Lead and supervise a team of buyers located across multiple European countries
• Assist in the definition of strategy and objectives in collaboration with Director of Global Procurement so decisions have a direct and long‑term effect on business profitability and growth
• Work closely with production to ensure uninterrupted material flow, partner with R&D and Engineering on new material qualification, and lead supplier negotiations to support new product development and offerings
• Issue and lead large‑scale tenders, managing the end‑to‑end procurement process from RFQ/RFP through to contract award and execution
