Sourcing Engineer: Power Electronics & NA Localization

Boyd Thermal Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly technical Sourcing Engineer located in Mexico, Nuevo León. This role focuses on managing the supply base for critical components of Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), including power management products and sensors. The candidate will lead strategic sourcing initiatives and localization efforts to simplify supply chains, driving cost-effectiveness and resilience.

A bachelor's degree and over 6 years of relevant experience are required along with fluency in English for negotiations and presentations.
