Job Description
This interview position manages and oversees the entire sort operations within a FedEx Ground (FXG) facility. It supports the FXG Safety Above All Culture, ensuring compliance to FXG policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Four (4) years business experience.
- Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry preferred.
- Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.
- Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
