**Job Description**
BAE Systems is hiring a Program Manager to support the Solvent Value Stream in our Ordnance Systems Business (OSI) in Radford VA. The Program Manager will coordinate with operations to help drive schedules, monitor cost, aid in proposal preparation and approval, interface with the customer, develop internal business plans, and present business status to leadership.
Responsibilities:
+ Align with Program Management Office (PMO) to drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes into production where they add the most value.
+ Work with stakeholders (Ops, SCM, Finance, etc.) to ensure production schedule is maximizing available resources and our business plan.
+ Manage production schedule available for Pricing new business, internal financial forecasts, headcount forecasts, etc.
+ Work with all Functional leaders to ensure proper resource allocation/ support.
+ Along with Operations, develop detailed metrics and shop floor goals tha...
