Solutions Sales Director - Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay

Citi is seeking a Solutions Sales professional for the South region (Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay) to originate and sustain a market-leading strategy across Financial Institutions. The role will focus on driving complex financial solutions while enhancing client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in financial institutions and possess strong skills in strategic planning, market knowledge, and stakeholder management. A MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. This position is based in Santiago, Chile.
