What is the role?

dotCMS is a cloud-based Universal CMS that is changing how enterprises do digital. We seek an individual who understands modern front‑end development and has experience as a sales engineer in SaaS, content management, MarTech, or digital business spaces.

As a Solutions Engineer at dotCMS, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers grasp the value proposition of dotCMS's solutions by aligning their needs, objectives, and challenges with the product's capabilities. Your responsibilities include participating in customer calls to identify technical needs, recommending paths forward, increasing adoption, building customer POCs, and serving as the dotCMS Product Expert within Customer Experience and post‑sales activities.
