We are looking for a Solution Consultant to support pre-sales and solution design activities for telecom BSS/OSS engagements across the South Africa market. The role bridges customer requirements and clients product capabilities, supporting bids, demos, and client workshops. Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand business requirements and translate these into solution proposals
Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and product demonstrations
Work with internal product and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and effort estimates
Prepare solution documentation, proposals, and commercial inputs in collaboration with sales
Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and present recommended solution approaches Must-Haves
