Solution Analyst

RELEX Solutions is looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Business Support & Testing team in Helsinki.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve supply chain related and SQL issues faced by customers and colleagues using RELEX’s leading‑edge technology.
• Provide consulting and support to customers on developing their RELEX system.
• Ensure and support high‑quality product development by conducting acceptance testing.
• Conduct analyses and investigations on an ad‑hoc basis for different internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with consultants to create customer and product related documentation.
