We are seeking a passionate Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our award-winning, Legal 500-ranked claimant practice . This role involves but is not limited to:
- Working on files as appropriate, including drafting letters, collating evidence, preparing cost letters and liaising with medical agencies.
- Preparing scheduling and witness and care statements.
- Conduct matters on behalf of Clients in line with their instructions.
- Management of support services, including supervision of Trainee Solicitors and Legal Secretaries.
