Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior Solicitor to join an established, well‑respected, and busy law firm client located in Langley, British Columbia. This full‑time, onsite position welcomes a professional with a minimum of five years of post‑call experience in business and real estate law. Responsibilities

• Handle both real estate and business law transactions.
• Facilitate incorporations (provincial and federal), amalgamations, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance under applicable legislation (e.g., Business Corporations Acts).
• Negotiate and manage mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and asset/share purchases.
