Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide installation training to customers/installers and ensure Huawei equipment is installed safely, reliably, and correctly.
- Commission transformer stations / inverters: instruct customer/installer to power on and configure equipment, ensuring normal operation.
- Operate and train on Huawei monitoring system: teach customer/installer how to build, use, and maintain the system, ensuring communication and monitoring functions work normally.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment: locate faults via remote support or on-site service and guide personnel to recover the equipment.
- Perform hardware replacement: disassemble faulty equipment, install replacements, and ensure normal operation; return faulty equipment to Huawei.
- Conduct preventive maintenance: routine testing of solar system performance, checking historical alarms, ensuring cable connection reliability, and exporting inverter logs.
