This position is the important pilot to drive the company’s direction towards continuous improvement and growth. The Operations & Maintenance Manager will be required to manage various internal functional groups and consolidate the processes to ensure optimum and reliable quality of services and work produced. The position is regarded as the Head of Department (HOD) for the O&M section of the company, therefore requires high responsibility, critical decision‑making skills & interpersonal skills to perform the management role. This job will not be limited to the solar industry but even other green technology involvement in the current industrial requirement. This position will revolve mainly on Asset Management of renewable energy product.
