Job Description
- The Solar O&M Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of solar PV power plants. This role ensures maximum uptime and efficiency of the solar plant through proactive and corrective maintenance, performance analysis, and coordination with field teams.

Key Accountabilities
Monitoring & Performance Management:
- Monitor daily plant performance using SCADA or remote monitoring systems.
- Analyze production data and KPIs like Performance Ratio (PR).
- Detect performance anomalies and take corrective actions.
- To support the technical daily O&M and data collection across the operational Portfolio
- Daily check technical events, investigation and provide the correct justification and classification, in conjunction with the performance Analyst.
