Job Description

A SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) Sales Executive at Airtel drives business-to-business (B2B) growth by acquiring new customers among small businesses, startups, and home offices. It is a field-heavy role focused on selling products like Airtel Xstream Fiber, leased lines, and corporate postpaid connections. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Conduct shop-to-shop and door-to-door visits to identify and sign up small business prospects. Product Promotion: Pitch and sell tailored telecom solutions, including Airtel broadband, postpaid plans, and DTH services. Lead Generation: Generate new leads through local market outreach, cold calling, and field networking. Documentation: Collect KYC and handle documentation for COCP (Corporate Owned, Corporate Paid) and COIP (Corporate Owned, Individual Paid) accounts. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ongoing client relationships to ensure service satisfaction and retention
