Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Software Renewals specialists
+ Set clear goals and performance metrics aligned with business and revenue priorities
+ Oversee the full renewal lifecycle, including tracking, forecasting, and execution
+ Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce customer churn
+ Manage complex and high-value renewals, including escalations and negotiations
+ Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities
+ Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to align on pricing, contracts, and strategy
+ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the renewal process
+ Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
