Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the organization's Quality Engineering strategy.
- Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for software quality.
- Promote adoption of Shift Left and Quality by Design practices.
- Serve as a technical reference on topics related to software quality.
- Foster test automation across multiple layers, including Web, API, and Mobile.
- Define quality, engineering, and reliability metrics and indicators.
- Influence leaders and squads to adopt a shared quality culture.
- Facilitate communities of practice, chapters, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support digital transformation processes and the evolution of quality maturity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology‑related field.
- MBA in Technology preferred.
