Software QA Analyst - P&C Background

Description We are looking for a Software QA Analyst to join an Agile team in Florida, where quality is treated as a shared responsibility throughout the development lifecycle. This role is ideal for a testing specialist who can independently plan and execute validation activities, investigate issues thoroughly, and work closely with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders. The position focuses on both manual and automated testing while helping ensure requirements are testable, releases are stable, and defect resolution stays on track.
