- 1. Involves in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
- 2. Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business operation, System Upgrading.
- 3. Provide 2nd or 3rd level technical support to existing and new customers.
- 4. Responsible for preparation, creation, and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
- 5. Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
- 6. Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.
- 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
- 2. Having one of the technical skills such as database (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python, Shell script.
- 3. Having experience in telecommunication BSS projects is an added advantage.
