**Position Purpose:**
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing engineering teams responsible for building and supporting scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions for mission-critical Supply Chain and Retail platforms. You will drive modern engineering practices, including AI-enabled development, data-driven operations, and engineering excellence, while partnering with Product, Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact technology solutions. Additionally, you will mentor engineering talent, guide technical strategy, and manage key vendor partnerships that support product and platform success.
