Job Description
What you ’ll doDesign, implement, and deliver high-impact, trader-facing full-stack applications that directly improve Macro trading workflows and execution speed Lead the development of trade capture workflows, blotter interfaces, and workflow automation to simplify front-office activity and reduce operational friction Partner with traders and portfolio managers to translate live workflow conversations into practical software designs and prioritized delivery plans Drive end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers, owning solutions from problem framing through production rollout and validation Partner closely with Operations and Compliance to embed controls, observability, and supportability into trade flows and release plans Use AI tools as a core part of the engineering process to accelerate implementation, refactoring, test generation, debugging, and documentation while validating outputs for safety and correctness
