About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to design and build scalable systems that ensure compliance of user activity data, particularly log data. You will work closely with policy owners, feature developers, and data consumers to enable secure, standardized, and efficient data governance across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for data compliance and governance

Build infrastructure to enforce policy compliance on user activity and log data

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement safe and consistent data handling practices

Develop and optimize systems for large-scale data processing

Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services
