+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
+ 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
+ 1 year of experience implementing core ML concepts.
+ Experience in full-stack software development, designing and implementing both front-end user interfaces and back-end application services.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
+ Experience developing accessible technologies.
