Responsibilities

• Define and standardize best practices for AI‑assisted coding
• Create playbooks, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns
• Promote responsible AI usage with strong human validation
• Partner with teams to build their first AI‑assisted applications
• Review and guide implementations to production quality
• Act as a technical coach for engineers
• Evaluate and integrate tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor IDE
• Embed AI into the development lifecycle (IDE, CI/CD, code reviews)
