Software Engineer 3

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Generative AI Software Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Wilmington, DE. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.


This role focuses on engineering cutting-edge generative and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will build and optimize LLM-driven autonomous agents, develop scalable RAG pipelines, and create high-performance Python microservices. The position involves deploying and operating AI solutions on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and OpenShift/Kubernetes within a large enterprise environment.



Responsibilities:

Build and optimize LLM-driven autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-using agent workflows

Architect and implement scalable RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector search, retrieval layers, and prompt engineering frameworks
