Software Developer, IBM Corporation, Austin, TX (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted):
* Assess requirements, create a design, and turn it into a finished working deliverable.
* Work with technical teams to implement next generation security initiatives and security proof of concepts to improve internal security posture and response.
* Design and configure SIR (Security Incident Response) and ITSM (IT Service Management) scoped applications using JavaScript, AJAX and HTML in ServiceNow for custom script building, ACL management, MID server deployment and utilization of platform specific APIs and RESTful APIs.
* Develop custom workflows and integrations with various technologies (QRadar, Remedy, Resilient).
* Own tickets bugs and enhancement requests and collaborate with stakeholders and customers to better understand requirements and meet success criteria.
