Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Work independently but with support from Product Managers.
• Work with vendor partners and cross‑functional teams. Individuals will be expected to work remotely.
• Process Mapping: document end‑to‑end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows (when required).
• Solution Design & Validation: partner with architecture and development teams to design scalable, cloud‑native solutions.
• Test and validate work to ensure end‑to‑end system integration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine requirements.
