Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of operating system components aligned with embedded RTOS core values. Mentor and coach technical team members. Develop and deliver high‑quality design, code, and tests following agile methodology. Perform in‑depth analysis and troubleshooting of issues, driving resolution and improvement. Collaborate with product management to define and scope product capabilities. Develop and enforce best practices for coding, documentation, and testing. Participate in all aspects of the software development process using Agile development. Qualifications
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. 15+ years of embedded software RTOS development experience. 7+ years of technical leadership or mentoring experience. Excellent proficiency in C/C++ and assembly language. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Deep understanding of OS concepts such as process management, memory management, and file systems...
