Job Description
We are seeking a VP or Director level Softs and Agricultural Commodities Trader on the Commodity Derivatives Desk, reporting to the Head of Agriculture Trading in London.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide pricing and market-making services to the global client franchise.
+ Manage risk across a Softs and Agricultural derivatives trading portfolio.
+ Provide market intelligence and insights to the global trading team.
+ Demonstrate a proven track record in agricultural commodities trading while operating within established risk parameters.
+ Relevant experience within the Dairy sector is preferred.
+ Build and maintain a strong franchise and develop relationships with key clients.
+ Coordinate closely with Sales, Research, Commodities Management (CM), and other teams across Markets, Securities Services, and the broader organization.
+ Deliver budgeted revenue targets within the defined risk framework.
