We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team as a Social Worker, Toxic Drug Response and Priority Populations (TDRPP) | Integrated Homeless Action Response Team (IHART) – Abbotsford .

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Current full registration with the BC College of Social Workers. Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work.
• Experience: Two (2) years' recent related experience in a complex health care environment such as a community or home health setting, or an equivalent combination of social work education, training and experience.
