Social Worker (Program Coordinator - Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program)

Summary This Social Worker (Program Coordinator) will serve as a BHIP Mental Health Treatment Coordinator, providing expert clinical and care coordination services to Veterans served by the VA Medical Center's interdisciplinary Mental Health Outpatient and Access Clinic (MH-OPAC).
