About the Role
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Adult Social Worker to join our Locality Team. The successful candidate will provide support and services to adults within the community, helping them to achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life. This role involves assessment, planning, and intervention to address the needs of individuals and their families.
What will your responsibilities be?
- The post holder reports to the Team Manager / Senior Practitioner.
- The post holder will work in partnerships with customers and their carers to provide personalised support and achieve the individuals’ goals.
