Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities Team based in Kingston Upon Thames.
This role focuses on supporting young people aged 17 to 25 as they transition from Children’s Services to Adult Social Care.
You will empower individuals to navigate this critical phase with confidence, independence and dignity—ensuring their needs are met through person-centred planning and multi-agency collaboration.
