About The Role
- This position is 15 hours per week, typically worked over two days (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
In this role, you’ll support the psychosocial needs of residents while fostering a collaborative, wellness-focused environment. You’ll provide counselling, advocacy, and care planning support to ensure each resident receives holistic, person-centered care.
