16631BRDepartment Name:HSP Care Coordination Location:Meriter Hospital Job Description: The Medical Social Worker-In Training position is designed to bridge the gap between successful completion of an appropriate master’s degree program and the provision of a temporary or permanent state license for a Medical Social Worker. It may also be used to bridge the gap between an out-of-state licensed social worker who is waiting Wisconsin licensure. This position is designed as a short-term position (not to exceed nine months-initial length of temporary license). Candidate in this position will transition into a posted and approved Medical Social Worker position as soon as state licensure granted.
