Lead with purpose and passion as the Social Work Supervisor, where you’ll shape and elevate social services across an assigned area of the Medical Center. In this dynamic role you’ll combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership to design, implement, and coordinate programs that improve patient care, support staff development, and strengthen community partnerships.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provide inspiring clinical and administrative supervision and consultation to social services staff, managing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluation, discipline, and professional growth.Drive program development by shaping and implementing goals, policies, and procedures—and translate those standards into clear guidance for your team.
Support fiscal stewardship by assisting with budget preparation and pursuing grant opportunities to expand program capacity and impact.
