- Shoot short form content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, YouTube Shorts) using phone and/or camera
- Edit videos end to end: cut, captions, music, sound effects, color correction, simple motion graphics
- Add on screen text, subtitles, hooks, and pacing that fit each platform style
- Repurpose 1 long video into multiple short clips and variations
- Plan shot lists and basic scripts with the content lead, then execute fast
- Manage footage: organize files, name properly, store in cloud, keep backup
- Maintain brand consistency: logo, fonts, colors, intro outro, disclaimer style
- Coordinate filming schedule, locations, and simple lighting or mic setup
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on views, retention, saves, leads
