Social Media Specialist (AI-Native)

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to own organic content and execute the founder-led social strategy for a fast-moving digital health startup. You will script, edit, and post short-form content primarily on Instagram, with the same content cross-posted to TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You will also manage community engagement in comments, run Meta ad experiments, and use AI tools as a core part of how you work every day.

This is an organic-first role. The primary focus is executing a consistent, high-quality content cadence that matches the tone of the brand and its community of adults aged 30 to 45 dealing with chronic health conditions.
