Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Write engaging captions and manage posting calendars Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base Track basic performance metrics and report on content performance Source or edit images/videos for posts (basic design/editing skills) Stay current on platform trends and adjust content strategy accordingly Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendars Handle email correspondence and general office queries Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and data capturing Assist with document preparation, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping support Order office supplies and manage vendor communication Provide general support to management as needed
