Key Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
• Create engaging social media content and captions.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
• Build and engage online communities.
• Monitor and manage Google Reviews and Trustpilot.
• Respond to customer queries and online feedback.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer sentiment.
• Coordinate influencer and community partnerships.
