Accountabilities for this role include NATURAL ADABAS, Construct skills & NaturalOne, systems development, interpreting functional requirements and engaging with relevant stakeholders for a trade credit system (Claims & Underwriting).Development and Production support for applications using NATURAL ADABAS and CONSTRUCT.
Interaction with business analysts and end-users to resolve discrepancies
Responsible for changes to ADABAS files, user views.
Ability to understand business requirements, translate into solutions/applications and document solutions.
Ability to communicate with users and develop relationships that will build confidence and trust.
Ability to work in a team environment, share ideas and collaborate to build solutions.
Advises management on best practices and design of new enhancements.
Coaches junior staff members.
