Detailed Job Description
As a Lead, you will be intensely involved in support and operations of the SnapLogic integration platform. You will lead a team of approximately members in a x support environment, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes. You will manage incidents, service requests, bug fixes, minor enhancements, and RCA for problem tickets. You will also coordinate with offshore teams for daily status updates, deliverables, and shift handover calls, while maintaining client status reporting and driving continuous improvements and automation initiatives
