SMT QA Engineer: PCB Assembly Quality & Process Control

TeamQuest Technology, Inc. in Dasmariñas, Cavite is seeking a hands-on engineer to support SMT process control and PCB assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring quality and yield improvements.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in ECE/EE/ME/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering, demonstrate IPC standards proficiency (IPC-A-610), and have 1–3 years of related experience along with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
