Role Overview
As the SMT Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing SMT processes, ensuring process stability, quality performance, and continuous improvement across production lines.
Responsibilities
- Validate SMT process parameters (printing, placement, reflow).
- Supervise and lead the manufacturing engineering group.
- Support new part number launching, validation, product transfers, and component validations.
- Analyze SPI/AOI data and implement process improvements focusing on solder paste printing process.
- Coordinate communication with external teams and maintain close contact with SMT teams worldwide, including MTT.
- Lead SMT internal and external audits.
- Manage engineering resources to support FTQ, CT, scrap, and CPH improvement activities.
- Lead cost reduction and quality improvement activities for all projects, applying problem‑solving tools as needed. <...
